This Is a Discount Plan, Not Dental Insurance
Our membership is a straightforward agreement between you and McQuary Dental, so the terms are short enough to read in full before you join.
Exclusions Apply
- It cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance, or a financing program such as Cherry.
- This plan is only honored at McQuary Dental. It cannot be used at any other dental or specialist office.
- This plan cannot be used for hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind.
Member Limitations
- Any unused services within the patient membership are nontransferable to other plan members, regardless of the service.
- Any missed appointment or cancellation not made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.
- All payments are due in full at the time services are rendered.

No. It is a discount plan offered directly by our practice, not an insurance policy. You pay McQuary Dental once a year, and in return your preventive visits are included and everything else we do here is discounted.
That is also why there are no claim forms, no deductibles and no annual maximum — there is no insurer in the middle to approve or deny anything.
The Adult plan is $425 a year and includes two professional cleanings, two regular exams, routine x-rays and one emergency exam, plus 20% off any procedure completed at our practice.
The Perio plan is $588 a year, for patients whose gum health needs closer attention. It includes three periodontal maintenance visits, two regular exams and screenings, routine x-rays and one emergency exam, with the same 20% off treatment.

Membership fees are due at the time of registration, and your benefits start the moment you are enrolled — there is no waiting period before your first cleaning.
No. The membership cannot be combined with another dental plan, dental insurance, or a financing program such as Cherry, and it cannot be used alongside any other discount we are running.
If you do have dental insurance, you almost certainly do not need this plan — we are in-network with most PPO providers and we file your claims for you. The membership is designed for patients who have no coverage at all.
Each membership covers one person. Everyone in the household who wants the benefits enrolls on their own plan, and visits that one member does not use cannot be passed to another — regardless of the service.

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Fees are nonrefundable, the plan is not for resale, and any visits left unused when the year ends do not roll over.
